Public Square Trumpets CFO Transition
PSQ Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: PSQH), America's leading marketplace and payments ecosystem valuing life, family, and liberty, today announced that James Rinn has been appointed Chief Financial Officer, effective June 1. Rinn, who has served as a board member and chair of the PublicSquare Audit Committee since July 2023, will succeed Brad Searle, who will transition to Senior Vice President of Finance for the Company’s Brands Division.
