This marks a significant improvement of 10 percentage points from Wesco's 2024 score of 73%, and it also exceeds the average rating across U.S. companies of 57%."This recognition highlights the special workplace culture we've cultivated here at Wesco," says Chris Wolf, Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer.
