The Buying Process

HOW IT WORKS

1. Get Pre-approved

The pre-approval process is critical so that you know what you can afford to buy before you begin to look at homes.

2. Assembling your team

In addition to your lender, you'll need to hire a realtor, a lawyer, and home inspector. If you don't have one your realtor typically can assist with referring you to their team on professionals.  

3. Start the home search

Once your realtor has evaluated your affordability as well as your wishes than the fun starts. Your realtor will start his/her research and  will be taking you for showings of the homes that best match your  criteria.

4. Preparing & Negotiating the offer

Your realtor will prepare the offer and negotiate on your behalf. The goal is to get the outcome you want. The negotiating process is critical. A seasoned and experienced realtor will assist you not only with the intricacies of the transaction but also to separate the emotions in a transaction.

5. Contract to Close and Move in!

This is a very exciting step in the transaction where you'll be signing paperwork to get the keys to your home.  Move In Day! We can’t wait for you to move in to your dream home, and we are so happy to be part of that journey.
